These Terms of Service govern your use of EasyESL.net, including its lesson pages, printable materials, teacher resources, interactive e-lessons, protected downloads, classroom tools, and related services.
1. Overview
EasyESL.net provides ESL/EFL teaching materials and related digital educational resources. Some materials are publicly accessible, while others are available only to accounts or members with the required access level. By using EasyESL.net, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You may need an EasyESL account to access protected materials, selected free samples, lesson discussion, or other account features. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login details secure, and for activity that takes place under your account.
3. Memberships and access levels
EasyESL currently offers the following general access levels, subject to the current offering and the eligibility attached to an account:
- Standard: the free access level, including Standard lessons and selected complete Free Sample lessons as currently offered.
- Pro: a paid membership with broader premium lesson access, richer lesson resources, and the expanded classroom toolkit where provided.
- Ultra: the highest paid membership, with premium lesson access, the expanded classroom toolkit, and the strongest EasyESL interactive classroom experiences. Every lesson labeled Ultra includes its own purpose-built digital experience designed around that lesson’s language, level, and classroom task.
An Ultra membership does not add an Ultra engine to a Standard or Pro lesson. The digital experience belongs to the individual lesson that is labeled Ultra. Access is determined by the current account and membership state, not by a customer-facing label alone.
4. Free Sample lessons
EasyESL may designate selected Pro or Ultra lessons as Free Samples. A qualifying Standard account may be allowed to access the complete sample materials for those designated lessons under the current offering. A sample lesson can retain its normal Pro or Ultra identity while being available as a sample.
Sample selections, labels, included resources, and availability may change as the service develops. Account sign-in and the site’s access controls still apply, and sample access does not grant access to unrelated paid lessons.
5. Patreon billing and membership management
Paid Pro and Ultra memberships are currently managed through Patreon. Patreon handles payment methods, billing, cancellations, and other Patreon-specific account matters, which may also be subject to Patreon’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
EasyESL uses the membership information made available through the current connection to determine the corresponding EasyESL access level. EasyESL does not currently process paid membership billing directly on this page.
6. Permitted teaching use
Subject to your access level, you may use EasyESL materials for your own teaching preparation and classroom-related educational use.
Unless EasyESL.net explicitly states otherwise, you may not:
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the materials;
- share protected downloads, member-only PDFs, or e-lessons with people who are not authorized to access them;
- upload protected materials to public websites, shared drives, marketplaces, repositories, or similar locations;
- copy the platform structure or materials in a way that competes with EasyESL.net; or
- bypass, disable, defeat, or interfere with access controls, download protections, membership checks, or account restrictions.
7. Protected materials and access controls
Protected Student PDFs, Teacher Versions, e-lessons, and other member resources are delivered through account- and access-controlled routes. You must not attempt to obtain, share, repost, or distribute protected resources outside the access granted to your account. EasyESL may use technical controls and access monitoring to protect these resources.
8. Intellectual property
All content on EasyESL.net, including lesson text, downloadable resources, teacher materials, interactive materials, layouts, branding, graphics, and related content, is owned by or licensed to EasyESL.net unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved.
9. Interactive lessons and evolving features
Interactive e-lessons and classroom tools may include presentation, annotation, timing, classroom-management, and lesson-specific digital experiences. Features may be improved, modified, added, or retired over time. The details of an individual lesson’s experience are described by that lesson and may not be identical across all Standard, Pro, and Ultra materials.
10. Discussion and user contributions
Where lesson discussion is available, comments, questions, feedback, and suggestions are submitted by users and may be moderated or displayed to other users. Please use discussion features responsibly and do not submit unlawful, abusive, or confidential information that you do not have permission to share.
11. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, replace, suspend, or remove any part of the site, lesson library, features, pricing, sample offering, or membership structure. We may also add, edit, or retire materials over time.
12. Access control and enforcement
EasyESL may monitor access patterns and use technical controls to protect member-only resources. If we reasonably believe that an account is being misused, shared improperly, used to bypass access restrictions, or used in violation of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the service.
13. No guarantees
We aim to provide useful, high-quality teaching resources, but EasyESL.net is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or that every resource will suit every teaching context.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyESL.net shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the use of the service.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of EasyESL.net if these Terms are violated, if misuse is detected, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
